This is a great core workout for anyone advanced or up for a challenge.
It's easier on the wrists if you use some dumbbells or something to reduce the angle of your hands on the floor.
Note: This song is Despacito Tabata from Youtube or Spotify but you can use any Tabata song as they are usually 4.5minutes of 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 8 total rounds.
