We often get asked how long the straps should be when exercising. The straps are adjustable but if you’re holding the handles, the strap length often doesn’t matter: it’s faster and easier to increase or decrease the difficulty by moving the feet to change the body angle. The steeper the body angle the more difficult the exercise will be.
If you’re using the foot straps, it’s probably best to have them at a level that’s comfortable. If you’re in a push-up position try to have your feet at a similar height to your chest.
There is no ‘perfect’ just play around with it and find what’s comfortable and what’s challenging and what suits your needs.
