Combination Exercise: Row + Hinge

You can combine any exercises that can easily flow from one to another and this is a good example. I like this one as a warmup for the upper and lower body.


Remember, even if an exercise feels easy we can always do it better. Walking is easy but some people glide across the floor while others plod. Think about gliding smoothly through the movements.
