Daily 5 minute stretching routine

This is a full body five minute stretching routine that will leave you feeling loose and invigorated. Hold each stretch for as long as you want but 30 seconds to a minute works well. You can hold each position or move in an out of it to create a more dynamic stretch. Do this regularly and you'll help with general mobility and nothing beats a good stretch to improve the mood.
