Suspension training is so good because it trains your whole body, often all at the same time. This exercise is a fantastic way to build loads of muscle and strength in your upper body but it also seriously challenges your core and to do it properly you also need to engage your glutes and quads.


Bench press is good, but in many ways, this exercise below is better.
