How to build muscle

To build muscle mass you need to overload your body with muscular stress and eat lots of protein (and calories). If you do you the same weight and reps each week your muscles will have no reason to grow. Exercise will make you healthier no matter the intensity but if your goal is to build muscle you need to learn about progressive overload. Sets need to be hard to grow. You cannot escape this rule.
