A few quick and easy ways to get your feet into the straps.
lie on your back and bring your feet up and hook the loops over your feet. Then either spin around with your knees and feet together (shown) or bring one leg over the other and spin on to your front. This is the best way if your have one anchor point, because if you have two anchor points the straps will twist.
The other method (and the one I use most) is simply start on your knees (or standing) and reach back and attach one loop at a time. Best if you have two anchor points.
