If you have a cable machine or even resistance bands you can use the extension straps that come with our advanced trainer to great effect.
Ab crunches. These are a great way to do cable ab crunches. Rather that hold on to a tricep rope like most people do, use the cradles and hook them under your elbows. A much more comfortable and effective way to build your abdominal muscles.
Cable rows. Using the two straps allows for more hand movement and greater freedom to hit the target muscles.
Straight arm pull downs. Most people use bar but this limits range of movement as you can't bring the bar past your hips.
Pull overs. A great variation.
